Membership of RHEMN is open to individuals, organizations and corporations with interest in or involvement in quality improvement of rural healthcare and passion in community service. After applying for membership, your application will be submitted to the Board of trustee for approval. You will receive information on the status of your application via emails, SMS, phone calls or any other means.

How to become a member

  1. Obtain the registration form at our office (suite no: 2 KN & HN plaza Opposite national identity card office, federal low-cost Gombe , Gombe State)
  2. You can also get it from our agents at various state branches or Download RHEMN Membership Application Form
  3. Fill in the required Information
  4. Pay the registration fee if not paid on collection.
  5. Attach the bank teller and the filled form and submit it to RHEMN office or email the scanned copy with the teller to info@rhemn.org.ng
  6. Your application will be processed within 2 weeks and your membership package mailed to you immediately.
  7. The membership package include; a copy of RHEMN constitution, Operation/membership policy manual and ID card.
